Problem:
When costumers want to have a pest control service, it's always hard for them to describe what s they are facing through phone calls. Thus it's time-costing to diagnose costumer's problem. An effective way of communication is in demand.
Solution:
Launched an costumer service application to guide costumers to diagnose problems by them selves.

Product flows
1. Pest information:
This part is the information panel, it tells costumer the general information about what trouble they are facing, and some simple treatment can be done by themselves.
2. Self examination:
Offer descriptive words and symptom sample pictures to help customers diagnose the situation, report the possible results as feedback.
3. Call for the pest control service:
This is the original calling service like usual. This part will directly contact to Pestec pest control customer service line.

It will give the customer some information about that type of pest, as well as some suggestions of some simple treatment before the experts come.

Illustrate the whole scientific illustrations for the application, help the company and application educate, and train the new employees to become familiar with the pests.
